Section 1.
Mortinson
That Ordinance No. 7881, approved December 30, 1937, as
Rosen
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting
Mr. President (Dillon)
from Section 85, Subsection (a) (5), thereof the following:

"Both sides of Minnehaha Street from Mendota Street to
Arcade Street ".
and by adding to Section 85, Subsection .(a) (4), thereof the
following:
"Both sides of Minnehaha Avenue from Mendota Street to
Arcade Street ".
Section 2.
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi-
nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
