COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby authorized with the
consent of;the Comptroller, to issue purchase Orders covering newspaper and
radio advertising, posting and printing of posters, all necessary and incidental
to the publicity for entertainment given at the Municipal Auditorium, upon receipt
of requisitions from the Bureau of Auditorium for the period of one year without
advertisement or competitive bids as these are purchased from only sources of
supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
