WHEREAS, there has been established the position
Secretary - Stenographer, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention that incumbents of such positions
shall assist the heads, of certain, departments and bureaus, and
WHEREAS, it has been found impossible to find terms with ,
which to define such departments and bureaus so that they can be
readily recognized; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the use of the words 'head of an executive
department or bureau" as used in the specifications for the position. of
Secretary- Stenographer shall be understood to mean the following heads
of departments, or bureaus:
