authorized to accept the sum of $150.00 in settlement of
Registered Bill No. 3 -2757 in the amount of $215.91, and
to execute releases therefor, said claim arising out of
an accident on January 19, 1957, when a Fire Department
vehicle was struck by a car driven by Donald B. Rothmeier.
