WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in
the improvement described.as Curbing on the South Side.Hoyt Avenue
from Fisk Street to Avon Street, Comptroller's Contract L -5879,
Eugene Bulach, Contractor, have been provided for in the specifica-
tions at unit prices stipulated therein, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
net additions:
1 Side Inlet $30.00
36'ft. Straight Curb ® 2.40 86.40
31.4 ft'. Radius ,Curb Q 2.70 84178
TOTAL NET ADDITIONS $201.18
WHEREAS, the.total.net addition is $201.18, now, therefore,
be it ,
RESOLVED, that the City of_St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing addition,made•in accordance with the
specifications•in.the_ sum of $201.18 said sum to be added to
the lump,.sum consideration, named in the contract, known as
Comptroller's.Contract L -5879, for the making of the above
improvement.
The.Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the bum of $201.18 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract.

WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
net additions
