'184859 OFF CE OF THE CITY CLERK CO-JNCIV R OLUTION- GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSION WBFJMO, the Commissioner of Pablic Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from October 1st to October 15th_1957 inc., which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Water Department for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: (1) Supervising repairs to broken water main on Pleasant Ave:, and the laying of new main along Shepard Road.
