RESOLVED, that out of the Workments Compensation
Account of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid Albin Petschauer while he is totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on August 20, 1957, while
employed by the City Hall and Court House, and that $270.00
in partial settlement, to and including October 1,1957,
is now payable.
