Dear Madam & Gentlemen:
Under date of September 16, 1957, a printed copy of
Council File No. 184501 as published in the official
paper was mailed to Jean T. Switter, 1087 Edgerton
St., St. Paul 1 and Leo F. Switter, 564 Manomin St.,
St. Paul 7, which resolution directed the wrecking
and removal of the dwelling on Lot 5, Block 10, Olivi-
er's Addition, also known as 567 Orleans Street.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehear-
ing of the condemnation proceedings and the dwelling
has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemna-
tion action which will authorize the Commissioner of
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the building thereon and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb and adjoining property.
