In the matter of condemning and taxing an easement for the p pose
of eons,tructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across F
a 4 f t -o easement on Lot, 7 , E. V. Kenner's Re, the center line of
which s' described as follows: Beginning at a point 16 ft. east
of the" southwest corner of Lot 7, E. V. Kenner's Re, on the south
line of said Lot 7, E. Vo Kenner's Re; thence north and parallel
to the west line of said Lot 7, to the north line of said Lot 7,
E. V. Kenner's Re; thence in a northeasterly direction across Lot
3, E. V. Kenner's Re, on an angle of 450 measured from the north
line of said Lot 7, to the intersection with the alley in E. V.
Kenner's Re, and Block -7, Macalester Park.
Also condemning and taking a.temporary eas=ement for construction
purposes in Lot 7, E. V. Kenner's Re, on a strip of land 8 ft. in
width on both the west and east side of the above easement, from - -- --- ------
Princeton Ave. to the north lot line of said Lot 7.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction
purposes ,on Lot 3, E. V. Kenner's Re, on a strip of land 8 ft.: "in -- ------
width northwesterly and abutting to the permanent easement across .

In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across
a 4 ft. easement on Lot 7, E. V. Kenner's Re, the center line of
which is described as follows: Beginning at a point 16 ft. east
of the southwest corner of Lot 7, E. V. Kenner's Re, on the south
line of said Lot 7, E. V. Kenner's Re, thence north and parallel
to the west line of said Lot 7, to the north line of said Lot 7,
E. V. Kenner's Rey thence in a northeasterly direction across Lot
3, E. V. Kenner's Re, on an angle of 450 measured from the north
line of said Lot 7, to the intersection with the alley in E. V.
Kenner's Re, and Block 7, Macalester Park.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction
purposes in Lot 7, E. V. Kenner's Re, on a strip of land 8-ft. in
width on both the west and east side of the above easement, from
Princeton Ave. to the north lot line of said Lot 7.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction
purposes on Lot 3, E. V. Kenner's Re, on a strip of land 8 ft. in
width northwesterly and abutting to the permanent easement across
Lot 3, E. V. Kenner's Re, from the south line of said Lot 3, to
the alley in E. V. Kenner's Re and Block 7, Macalester Park.
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction
purposes on all that part of Lot 3, E. V. Kenner's Re, that lies
south and east of the above described permanent easement,
That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appro-
priated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits' to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
