LOWELL Supt. of Public Recreation 184;>q Contract Number G -770 was awarded to the Commonwealth Electric Company for the Erection of Eight Street Lighting Standards, Fixtures and-'all Conduit, Wire and Other Devices on Lexington Avenue in 'Como Park, near the Lake Pavilion, St. Paul, Minnesota. During the course of the work under this contract, iAwas found necessary to change some of the relays, and negotiations have been conducted with the Contractor who agrees to make these changes for the additional amount of $53.97 which is a reason- able amount for the labor and material involved. It is therefore to the Council which of $53.97 to Contract changes.
