RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $53.97 be allowed
under Contract Number G -770 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Commonwealth Electric Company, this contract for
the Erection of Eight Street Lighting Standards, Fixtures
and all Conduit, Wire and Other Devices on Lexington Avenue
in Como Park, near the Lake Pavilion, St. Paul, Minnesota,
and said extra for changes in the relays, this work having
been requested by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and

Contract Number G -770 was awarded to the Commonwealth
Electric Company for the Erection of Eight Street Lighting
Standards, Fixtures and-'all Conduit, Wire and Other Devices
on Lexington Avenue in 'Como Park, near the Lake Pavilion, St.
Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, iAwas
found necessary to change some of the relays, and negotiations
have been conducted with the Contractor who agrees to make these
changes for the additional amount of $53.97 which is a reason-
able amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore
