V1HEREAS: Betty Hoff desires to withdraw Application E 3562 for Restaurant and
Cigarette licenses at 1191 University Avenue and requests the return
of the license fee deposited thereon, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to
refund to Betty Hoff the fee of $ 38.50, deducting $ 3.50 from the
original fee of $ 42.00 posted, for the period the applicant operatedk
on said application and to cancel said application for licenses.
