WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the improvement described as Cottage -Burr Sewer System,
Comptrolle'r's Contract L -5864, Wolff Construction Company,
Contractor, have been provided'for in the specifications at
unit prices stipulated therein, and .
. WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
net Additions:
Additions due to substitution of No. 2 Manholes
for No. 1 Manholes at
Cottage & De Soto -12 lin. ft. ® 1.00 $12.00
Cottage & Burr -12 lin. ft. ® 1.00 12.00
TOTAL NET ADDITIONS $24.00
WHEREAS, the total net addition is $24.00, now, therefore,
be it r._. .
.RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing addition made in accordance with the
specifications in the sum of $24.00, said sum to be added to
the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as
Comptroller's Contract L -5864, for the making of the above
improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named contractor that the sum of $24.00 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract.
