Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of the Standard Oil Company
for a permit to remodel an existing filling station adjacent to the
northwest corner of Cleveland & Randolpb. The property is described
as,Lots 27 & 28, Orcbard Park. No additional property has been
acquired since the original permit was issued in 1925.
i
The zoning is Commercial. The property is presently occupied by a i
filling station. The applicant proposes to expand the filling station
operation by constructing an addition of 20 ft. by 30 ft. between the
present building and the alley on the north.
The plans are in accordance wi°tb existing filling station standards.
Field investigation discloses no objection to the proposed addition
and the Traffic Engineer bas approved tbe, proposed plan.
In consideration of these factors the Zoning Board recommends that
this permit be granted in- accordance witb the applicant's plans filed
September 6, 1957.
Sincerely,
. is -'
Planning Director
Executive Secretary
Board of Zoning.
