The property is described as,Lots 27 & 28, Orcbard Park. No additional property has been acquired since the original permit was issued in 1925. i The zoning is Commercial. The property is presently occupied by a i filling station. The applicant proposes to expand the filling station operation by constructing an addition of 20 ft. by 30 ft. between the present building and the alley on the north. The plans are in accordance wi°tb existing filling station standards. Field investigation discloses no objection to the proposed addition and the Traffic Engineer bas approved tbe, proposed plan. In consideration of these factors the Zoning Board recommends that this permit be granted in- accordance witb the applicant's plans filed September 6, 1957.
