PAUL couNc NO OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CquZ ile No. 184773 -By, Bernardi C UNCIL SOLUTION — GENERAL FORM nd = 1ved, Pursuant to' the , recom- fson ' of the Comtnissioher of PRESENTED BY es. �+f��°«ublic Build- COMMISSIONE DAT RESOLVED, pursuant to the recommendation of the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds, and Public Buildings, that the proposed contract by and between City of Saint Paul and Archie Brand for the operative period of 18 consecutive weeks between May 15, 1958 and September 15, 1958, whereunder and whereby, among other things, said City shall become and be obligated to furnish an adequate arena, a fresh water pool, stage and seating facilities therefor, in the zoo section of Saint Paul Como Park, and said Archie Brand,shall become and be obligated to furnish and present a seal act, featuring "Sparky ", Archie Brand's Marineland Comedian, for and during three shows per day-on Tudtda:3�9.
