RESOLVED: That the following licenses Restaurant, On and.Off Sale 14alt Beverage and
Cigarette No. 3302, all expiring 14ay 25, 1958, issued to Kenneth H. Jackson
at 508 S. Smith Avenue be and the same are hereby revoked upon the
recommendation of the Bureau of Police because of the arrest of
Gilliam J. Scott, an employe, on the charge of sale of 3.2 beer to a
minor, being sent to court thereon, pleading guilty thereto and sentenced
to $100.00 fire or 10 days, paying said fine.
