YY1M2MS, The Commissioner of .Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia has reported in accordance with Section 53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency during the period from September 16 to September 30, 1957, which rendered necessary the employment of certain employes of the Department of Libraries, Auditorium, .Museums and Stadia for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: Necessary for maintenance and operation of parking at .Municipal Stadium.
