WHEREAS R. E. and E. C. Danielson posted fees in full
with courtesy bench applications for various dates totaling $167.83,
these fees should have been on a pro rata basis to December 31 next
as. provided in license ordinance; therefore be it
RESOLVED that a refund of $167.83 be made to R6 E. and E. C. Daniel-
son to reimburse them for the above overpayment as per list on file with the
City Clerk.
