ENGINEERING I&BORAATORY, INC. for Services to conduct soil bearing and
laboratory tests as necessary along the proposed route of new 60" Pleasant Lake
to Sucker Lake conduit at a cost of $2437,50, without advertisement or competitive
bids as this is the only source of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
