RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for fur furnishing and delivering to the
Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Health, New Health Center, 555 Cedar Avenue,
St. Paul, Minnesota, X-----R ;Equipment and ,'accessories to KELEKET X -RAY SAIES CORPOR&TION
in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #6428 of said Keleket X -Ray
Sales Corporation":a.t'a contract price of $16,853',.19, such bid being the lowest and
said Keleket X -Ray Sales Corporation being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is, -directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
