application of Walter L. Knapton for permission to construct
a 7 -ft. to 8 -ft. fence with about 1 ft. of barbed wire on
top at 214 -216 South Wabasha Street.
Please be advised that this office has had an inspection
made relative,to this matter and sees no objection to granting
permission as requested providing that no portion of the
barbed wire projects over public property.
It is therefore our recommendation that permission be
granted with the above stipulation.
