In the matter of constructing a Sewer in an easement on the
northerly four (4) feet of the southerly six (6) feet of Lot 21,
Block 65, St. Anthony Park from Bayless Avenue to the alley in the
rear of said lot, under Preliminary Order C. F. 182042, approved
March 22, 1957, and Final Order C. F. 183121,.approved June 4, 1957.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same'are hereby approved, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
