Whereas, additions which might prove to be necessary in
the improvement described as Grading Clarence St. from Maryland
to Ivy; McAfee from Topic Lane to Arlington Ave.; Topic Lane
from Clarence to McAfee, Comptroller's Contract L- 5866 -B,
Ralph C. North, Contractor, have been provided for in the
specifications, and "
Whereas, it has been found necessary to make the following
additionsE'
Removing unsuitable material and additional work
on slopes for erosion control on Clarence Street

Total Additions 227.50
Whereas, the total net addition is $227.501 now therefore
be it
Resolved, that the City of St. Paul, through its City
Council approve.the foregoing addition made in accordance
with the specifications in the sum of 227.50, said amount to
be added:to the.lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's contract L- 5866 -B, for the making of
the above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named_.contractor that the.sum of $227.50 is the correct
amount to be added_to.the above contract.
