COUN I RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM BY
COMM SSDIONE DATE September 16, 1957
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, tools and material to
install complete 3 Single Swing Type Elevator Doors at the St. Paul Water Department
Filtration Plant, to ACE STEEL PRODUCTS, INC., in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ;6649 of said Ace Steel
Products, Inc. for the contract price of ;$1,334.16, such bid being the only bid, and
said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby
is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract-on behalf of the City of Saint
Paul.
