. RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that,
to facilitate removal of any eidiid by reason of the hereinafter mentioned
State Deed, upon the record title of the subject real property situate
in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to -wit:
The west 10 ft. of the east 30 ft. of that part of
Lot 1, Block 2, Magoffin and Breckenridges Addition
to Saint Paul, north of a line 22.50 ft. north of
and parallel to the south line of said Lot 1, accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for said County; and
to obviate the necessity for any statutory reverter proceedings by .
State of Minnesota in the premises, the City of Saint Paul neither having
made nor intending to.make any use of the same, hereby disclaims, in favor
of the 'State of Minnesota and the latter's assigns, any interest in
that certain easement for public street purposes in the hereinabove
described real property heretofore conveyed by the State of Minnesota to
the City of Saint Paul by State Deed No. 71417, dated March 2$, 19/+7,
filed and recorded in Book 1272 of Deeds on page 193, on January 29, 1945,
in the office of said Register of Deeds, said hereinabove described real
property then being forfeited land held by the State of Minnesota by virtue
of statutory Delinquent Tax Forfeiture Proceedings; and
RESOLVED'FURTHER, that the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized
and directed to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the „Commissioner.
of Taxation of the State of Minnesota upon the adoption, approval, and publics -.
tion of-the same.
