RESOLVED, that the proposed amendment of Contract G- 1/.31,
dated the 8th day of July, 1958, by and between North Western —Hanna Fuel
Company and the City- of Saint Paul pursuant to Formal Bid No. 7157,
so that said Contract, among other things, shall provide for the sale
and delivery by said Company to said City of 20 Tons of Elkhorn 111 Stoker
Coal at $14.70, and 230 Tons of Eastern Kentucky Screenings at $$10.40
per ton, instead of 250 Tons of Elkhorn 111 Stoker Coal at $14.70 per ton,
for Detention and Corrections Authority's use at the Workhouse, hereby
is approved and authorized; and that such amendment shall be effected by
a Rider
to said Contract approved by the
Corporation Counsel and made
subject
for its operative effect upon the endorsed approval of said
Company's
Surety in connection with said
Contract.
