WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the construction
Of a Sewer in RUTH AVENUE from California Avenue to Larpen-
teur Avenue and in LARPENTEUR AVENUE from rRuth Avenue to
a point 410.5 feet east of Winthrop Street, Comptroller's
Contract L -5953, "LAMETTI &°SONS,:INC:,Company, Contractor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following
Addition: fi -

cu. yds. of crushed sub -base material ® $ 6.00 300.00,
and,
_ rWHEREAS, the total Addition is $ 300.00, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Addition in the sum of $300.00,1made
in accordance with the Specifications, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration n�m ed in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L-5 92A, for the making of
the above Improvement, which amount is to be financed as
follows:

The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of $ 300.00 is the correct
