West Seventh Street approximately 200 feet west of Davern Street,
also described as Lot 1, 0. C. Burgner's Rearrangement, and West'
one -half of Lot 2, Block 8, Homecroft Addition, in accordance
with applicant's plan approved October 23, 1958, under the
direction and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Public
Works, and subject to the condition that the sidewalk abutting
said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of Glen Triviski for a permit to
move an existing driveway on property located on the south side of West
Seventh Street approximately 200 feet west of Davern Street. This property
is described as Lot 1 of 0. C. Burgners Rearrangement, and the west one -half
of Lot 2, Block 8, Homecroft.Additio n. The zoning is Commercial. A public
hearing is-not required...
An appeal to extend the`copimercial zoning to cover,all of this property and
a. permit'to install and operate a. parking lot were granted in 1955. The pur-
pose of this application is to permit the moving of an existing driveway
westerly on West Seventb_Street to eliminate a blind corner when exiting from
the property. There will be no additional changes in the design of the exist-
ing parking area. `
The Traffic Engineer has approved the'proposed.change in the driveway. Field
investigation discloses no objection.
In conside'ra'tion of`tbeabove factors, the Board of Zoning recommends that
this permit be granted in accordance with applicant's plan approved October 23,
