In the. matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Chute Bros. Division No.10 from Grotto St. to Avon St. Also constructing
a sewer from the alley to Charles Ave. in an easement to be obtained on, under
and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly 6 ft. of Lot 11, Chute Bros.Division
NO,10, under Preliminary Order 186657 approved March 20, 1958, jknd Final Order
187603 approved May 27, 19580
WHEREAS., The plans and specifications for the construction of a
sewer from the alley to Charles Ave. in an easement to be obtained,on, under
and across the westerly 4 ft, of the easterly 6 ft. of Lot 11, Chute Bros,
Division No.10, were approved under C. F.188648 approved August 7, 1958;
THEREFORE, That the plans and specifications as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Chute Bros. Division No.10 from Grotto St.,to Avon St., be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby
directed to do the work by City Forces at an estimated cost of $2826.00, and that
the Purchasing Agent pmeeed to procure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement, including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $389.00, or a total of $3215.00,
plus the cost of the sewer, be assessed against the benefitted property.
