Whereas, The Detention and Work-
house Facility Commission advertised

WHEREAS, the Detention and Workhouse Facility
Commission advertised for bids for the construction of curbing,,
manhole extension, and catchbasins at Woodview Detention Home
which bids were formally opened on October 22, 1958, and
MHEREAS, the low bidder was the Eugene Bulach Cement
Company at a bid price of $1,566.60, and
WHEREAS, the Detention and 'Workhouse Facility
Commission awarded the contract to the Eugene Bulach Cement Company
as the low bidder at ;their regular meeting on November 6, 1958, and
AREAS, the County Board of Commissioners concurred
in the award of contract to the above mentioned firm at their
regular meeting on Monday,,November 10, 1958,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the 'City Counci 1
of the City of Saint Paul hereby.concurs in the award of contract
to the Eugene Bulach Cement Contractor for certain curbing, manhole
extension, and catchbasins at Woodview Detention Home at-the
contract price of $1,566.60.
