CApital 2 -0511 August 28, 1958 St. Paul City Council Court House 4th at Wabasha St. Paul, Minn. Gentlemen: We are leasing a used car lot adjacent to our building here at 225 University Avenue. This lot borders Marion Street. At one time there was a 12 ft. high unsightly shed at the rear of the lot. We have dismantled this shed and now wish to improve the appearance of the lot by the erection of an eight to ten foot lattice fence. It is our understanding that we must have your permission before a fence of this sort can be erected. We ask that you give this your earnest consideration and hope that we will hear from you favorably.
