RESOLVED, 'that the Minnesota School Board Association
be given the fiee'use of the Theatre section of the Auditorium
and.Stem Hall in the Auditorium January 12th, 13th and 14th,
1959, for its meetings, the cost.of opening and operating
said sections on said dates to be set up in Auditorium Eund
1021, and that said Association shall have the use of the
Exhibition Hall January 12th, 13th and 14th, 1959, for its'
convention upon payment of the full rent therefor.
