therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and ser-
vices necessary for and reasonably incidental to the purchase and removal of
residence and wrecking of shed, garage and removal of miscellaneous concrete, debris
and fences located at 1240 Grand Avenue, described as Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, Stinson's
Boulevard Addition; - Saint Paul, Minnesota, to CHARLES P. McCARTY JR. in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the FormalBid #7404 of said
Charles P. McCarty Jr..Bidder to pay City of Saint Paul ;$761.25, such bid being the
highest bid,-and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor and the proper. -City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
