In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material the
alley in Block 3,'Tilsen's Lincoln Park, and Block 1, Murray Lane Addition
from East Avenue to Nokomis Avenue; also constructing a sewer in the alley
from a point 50.05 feet east of the east line of Nokomis Avenue to the
existing sewer in Nokomis Avenue, under Preliminary Order C. F. 188170,
approved July 1, 1958, and Final Order C. F. 189033, approved September 9,
1958.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the construction of
the sewer in the alley in Block 3, Tilsen's Lincoln Park and Block 1, Murray
Lane Addition from a point 50.05 feet east of the east line of Nokomis Avenue
to the existing sewer in Nokomis Avenue, as submitted by the Commissioner of
Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved, and be it further
RESOLVED, That
the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to
advertise for bids on
this improvement.
