Nebraska Ave. to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the
Department of Public Works; also - grading Clarence St. from Arlington..Ave. to
Nebraska Ave. to the proposed change of grade-jaina Nebraska Ave. from Etna Ste to
McAfee St. under Preliminary Order 186570 approved March 14, 1958, arid -Final Order
188780 approved August 192 1958, and`in the matter' of constructing a sanitary
sewer`in Clarence Street from Arlington Avenue to 35 ft. south of Nebraska Avenue
under Preliminary Order 187596 approved May 23, 1958, and Final Order 188778
approved August 19, 1958.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specification as submitted for the above
improvement, be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of Public
Works be and he -
