COMMISSIONS DATE
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul is
acquiring additional property in Anoka County
for the improvement and expansion of-the supply
of water serving the City of Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, an independent appraiser has
been appointed by the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul, with the approval of
the City Council, and
WHEREAS, said appraiser has negotiated
for the purchase of two parcels of land located
in the Southwest Quarter of Southeast Quarter
(S of SE4-) of Section Two (2), Township Thirty
(30), Range Twenty -four (24), from the fee owners,
namely, Felix and Mary M. Daniels and Phillip L.
and Delores M. Small, at a maximum price of ap«»
proximately 0109500.00, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners
has approved said purchase as being practical and
expedient that said.property be acquired for the
benefit and use of'the Water Department of the
City of Saint Paul, now, therefore, be.it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of Saint Paul does hereby approve said action of
said Board of Water Commissioners.
