Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Bearing Thereon
In the matter .of the assessment of benefits, costs and 'expenses
changing the grade of Orange Avenue from Alameda Street to St. Albans Street to
conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public
Works; also grading•Orange Avenue to a width of 50 feet from Alameda Street to
St. Albans Street to the proposed change of grade, and grading Orange Avenue to
for
a width of 50 feet from Alameda Street to Grotto Street
under Preliminary Order 180181+ approved October 30, 1956 ,
Intermediary Order 180350 , approved November 13,E 1956 ,
Final Order 183121+ , approved June 4, 1957
The assessment of benefits. 'costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 3rd
day of December , 1958, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber -of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
i
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner • to whom the notice is directed.
