In the matter of grading and surfacing wth��i`tumi.nous material the
West north - and -south alley and the East north -and -south alley, from
Cottage Avenue to Sherwood Avenue, and the east-and-west alley from the
East north - and -south alley to the West north- and -south alley - all in
Block 10syayden Heights; also constructing a sewer from the alley to
Sherwood Avenue in an easement to be obtained on, under and across the
Easterly 4 ft. of the Westerly 6 ft. of Lot 13, Block 101 Hayden Heights,
under Preliminary Order 187002 approved April 15, 1958., and Final Order
188315 approved July 15, 1958.
WHEREAS, The plans and specifications for the construction of the
sewer from the alley to Sherwood Avenue in an easement to bo 61A4 htd on,
under and across the Easterly 4 ft. of the Westerly 6 ft. of Lot 13,
Block 10, Hayden Heights# were approved under C. F. 188982 approved
September 3rd, 1958; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous
material the'Mest north-and-south alley and the East north- and -south alley
from Cottage Avenue to Sherwood Avenue and the east - and -west alley from the
East north-and-south alley to the West north -and -south alley- all in Block 10,
Hayden Heights, be and the same are hereby approved, and the Commissioner
of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the work by City Forces
°at an estimated cost of 06,667.00, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to
