with the consent of the Comptroller, to purchase from ROAD MACHINERY &
SUPPLIES COMPANY One Tractaire piston -type gasoline engine - driven, self -
propelled 125 C.F.M. Air Compressor and accessories at a cost of
$6710.00 without advertisement or competitive bids as this is the
only source of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
