RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance hereby is authorized
to endorse, in behalf of the City of Saint Paul, that certain check of
State of Minnesota, in the sun of $6,200, made payable to order of the
Treasurer of the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, Spencer Cassell, Rebecca
Cassell, Emma M. Archer, and City of St. Paul, as and for payment of award
of damages for condemnation by State of Minnesota, affecting Parcel S in
Ramsey County, Minnesota, District Court proceedings, State of Minnesota
vs. Elliott Karasov, et al., and to deliver said check to said Spencer"
Cassell, Rebecca Cassell, and Emma M. .Archer, as the fee owners of the
suboeet premises at the time of the said condemnation, it appearir4 -,_4at
the interest of City of Saint Paul therein was limited to a lien for
local improvement assessment which has since been fully paid by said
fee owners, and that the interest of the County of Ramsey therein was
limited to unpaid taxes thereon, which taxes have since been fully paid
by said fee owners.
