Programs on theft and fraud prevention, providing training (including Explorer's), investigation cost, purchase of law enforcement equipment (such as computer forensics) and officer over-time and so fourth may be applied for. The St. Paul Police Department has been approved by NW3C as a host agency for the Financial Investigations Practical Skills course, and the Financial Crimes Against Seniors course. Each course will seat up to thirty attendees. Due to very specific classroom needs and approvals, the training will be held at the MPPOA training classroom which costs $75.00 per day. We are requesting $640.50 to cover the cost of the classroom rental as it benefits agencies beyond our own, and is not included in either agencies unit budget.
