RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services
necessary for and reasonably incidental to the remodeling of toilet and dormitory at
Fire Station No. 23 located at 1290 N. Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota to
M. E. SOUTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in accordance with City plans�specifi-cations
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7378 of said M. E. Souther Construction
Company for the contract price of $1985.00, such bid being the lowest and said
M. E. Souther Construction Company being a reasonably and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on be half of the City of Saint Paul.
