PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK wCOUNCIL�RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM COE NCIL NO. 8 780 Council File No. 189780 —By Milton Rosen — Resolved, That the proper city offi- cers are ,,hereby authorized to pay certain employes in the Water Dept. for extra employment as described in the resolution. Adopted by the Council November 4, 1958. Approved November 4, 1958. (November 8, 1958) WHK MS, the Commissioner of Public Utilities has reported, in accordance with Section53 of the City Charter, the existence of an emergency daring the period from October 16th to October 31st 1958 inc., which rendered necessary the employment of certain employees of the Water Department for more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week in doing the following work: �1� Repairing Filtration Pant equipment: 2 Working extra shifts at various stations. 3 Changing over to new equipment at Mississippi River Station: 4 Taking emergency calls at Storeyarde 5 Finishing installation of,_and repairing water mains and service connections. (6) Driving country crew to and from work locations.
