LOWELL Supt. of Public Recreation 1 ,1 758 .11.E ., Contract No. G -1490 was awarded to Moore Construction Company for General Work in "connection with the Alterations to the Saint Paul Public Library, 90 West Fourth Street, Saint Paul, Minneso- ta. During: the course of the work under this contract, it was found desirable to replace the forty year old Battleship linoleum in the former exhibition room on the third floor and on the second floor it was decided that in order to get a better job, a larger area than originally anticipated should be covered, and at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums And Stadia negotiations have been conducted with the contractor who agrees to do the following work: Second floor - Art Gallery. Take up existing tile and prepare floors as necessary to receive 1/4" Tremco fill level with terrazzo.
