WHEREAS, in connection with the Paving of
KASOTA STREET from Eustis Street to RAymond
Avenue, it has been necessary to accumulate
Preliminary Engineering Costs in advance
of the Final Award of a Paving Contract,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public
Works be and he is hereby authorized to
charge Preliminary Engineering Costs in
an estimated amount of $ 12,500.00, to
the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund,
CODE 3001; said Fund to be reimbursed from
the Municipal State -Aid Fund - Project No,
62- 157 -81.
