Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
-and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, damages, cost and expenses for
changing tho grade of alley in Block 3,,Bryant's Park Addition No. 41 and alley in
{ Block 2, Bryant I s. Park Addition No. 3, from Oxford St'. to a point 460 ft. west of
Oxford St. to conform to the grade as shown on the profile on file in the .Department
of Publi c Works; also grading the alley in Block 3, Bryant's Park Addition No. 4
and alley in.Block 2, Bryant's Park Addition No.
3, from Oxford St. to Lexington
Parkway to the proposed change of grade; also constructing a sewer in the alley
from.a point 60 ft. west of Oxford St• to the center of ;Oxford St., thence north
along the 'center line.of Oxford St. to the existing sewer in Linwood Place,
under Preliminary Order 180511 approved November 27, 1956

Intermediary Order 181266 , approved January 29, 1957

Final Order_ 181636 approved March 5. 1957
The assessment of ..benefits, damages, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 26th
day of November 19-5$_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the

lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
