By ,- Council File No. 189350— t . o matter of the restoration of INTERMEDIARY ORDER 9111 ri c�� rer j' Tea In the Matter of the restoration of the sidewalk on the west side of Warwick St. from Randolph Ave. to Palace Ave. and on the north side of Randolph Ave. westward to the approximate west line-of Lot 18, Blk 15 Sylvan Park Add. by constructing . new sidewalk where necessary and by repairing where practida]. under Preliminary Order 188.57 approved August 7, 3958 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1.-- That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to restore the sidewalk on the west side of Warwick St. from Randolph Ave. to Palace Ave. and on the north side of Randolph Ave. westward to the approximate west line of Lot 18, Blk 15 Sylvan Park Add. by constructing,nsw sidewalk where necessary and by repairing where practical with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ - 50 per sq ft. for mono.walk 4" thick (Excay., fill, coac. rem'd., root cutting; drive crossing etc.) at extra cost. Resolved .Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th day of ` October , 19.x, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
