thence easterly 481 feet more or less, parallel to University
Avenue, said fence to be constructed under the direction and
to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds
and Public Buildings.

Gentlemen:
Permission is requested to erect a 72" high fence along the
South and West property lines of the old baseball park on
University and 1el'JA4`__ Avenues,
This request is made to eliminate the serious danger of
pedestrians or playing children from falling into the adjacent
property. Along the South and West lines, the road and side-
walk is considerably higher than the property immediately
adjacent to the walk and road.
