RESOLVED, that the use of the Theatre section of the
Saint Paul Auditorium be and hereby is granted to the Brotherhood
of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen, for the conduct of meetings
of the said Brotherhood, for a period of five weeks, from on or
about July 13, 1959, until on or about August 15, 1959, subject
to the payment by said Brotherhood to the City of 'Saint Paul of
the cost of opening and operating said Theatre section, such being
the actual cost of heating, lighting, cleaning, labor and attendant
service, such as doormen, matron, public address operator and
stage employee, occasioned by such use.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that Council File, Resolution No. 185751,
approved January 14, 1953, is hereby repealed.
