RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the sodding around
Fire Station No. 9, Fire Station No. 22 and. Fire Station No. 19, located at St.
Paul, Minnesota to KOTHE'S LANDSCAPING in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7344 of said Kothe's Landscaping
for the contract price of $1,474.00, such bid being the lowest and said Kothe's
Landscaping being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and
the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on be -,
half of the City of Saint Paul. _
