RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay to Emma Corrigan and Cummins, Cummins,
Hammond &:Ames, her atbrneys, from the Judgment and Compromise
Fund; the sum of'$1000.00 in_full and final settlement of her
action brought in District Court against Joseph J. Murray, an
employe of the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works,
for the recovery of the sum of $20,000, for damages sustained
by said Emma Corrigan when struck by a City owned vehicle operated
by said Joseph J. Murray..
